Very few pictures have been available of the 4 wave spots at Salamansa bay on the island of Sao Vicente. Here's a start with 2 pics.
There's a beach break with cross-shore wind (1st picture), a beach break with cross-onshore wind (good for off-the-lips), a point break with small waves with cross-offshore wind (good for an introduction to wave riding) and a set of point break with 2 reef breaks with off-shore wind and BIG waves (for the experts, 2nd picture).
Just in case you are wondering - cross-offshore at the point breaks means that you eventually end up downwind at the sandy beach (it's a big bay).
A practical consideration: flights from Frankfurt, Hamburg, München to Sao Vicente are via Lisbon out on Saturday, return on Tuesday.
You can also take TUIfly from Hannover, Köln and Stuttgart but then will need to spend a night at Sal for the connecting flight with Sao Vicente.
