Volunteers needed to mentor university graduates in Cape Verde

We are looking for executives with experience in 1) running a business (unit) and/or 2) creating websites based on SEO for voluntary work on São Vicente (Cape Verde) for 1 to 2 months starting in October 2012. Expertise in business management and website design is low on the Cape Verde islands and needed to help local companies to develop. We’ve identified 10 bright local university accounting / management / IT graduates coming from very poor backgrounds for training. Two of the trainees will be employed by Kitesurf NOW. Eight of the trainees will help to support local companies to compete in the international markets (tourism and export).
The bonus for the trainer: a unique lifetime experience to taste a new culture, visiting beautiful islands and if you are interested: practicing sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, mountain biking). All expenses including flight and accommodation are paid by Kitesurf NOW.
