play is normal and necessary, without it you wouldn't be able to put your frontfoil on without forcing it.
We have production tolerances, carbon products are hand-made and can vary within this tolerance.
The frontfoil must be wedged to the fuselage.
You can shim your frontfoil with heat-shrink tubing:

you can also place aluminum tape over the front foil's footprint.
To prevent the screws from loosening, you can use tef gel, which is a slightly sticky marine grease, or blue loctite.
